At VirtualTerms we have one mission: simplify the way you do business by streamlining legal agreements. That simple, clear purpose and promise drives all that we do.

Our mission is borne from experience. Through negotiating and managing thousands of agreements, we wondered: How can we make this clear, faster, and easier? To do so, we fundamentally re-thought the way legal agreements are done and created an innovative, easy-to-use online platform that simplifies the process for both parties.

Arthur Swanson. Our founder and CEO has decades of corporate and commercial legal experience with law firms Baker Botts, Sidley Austin, and Gibson Dunn and in-house with brand names like Cadbury, Keurig, and Dr Pepper. All that experience made him re-think how traditional legal work is done to help you get more done with less time, effort, and cost. He created VirtualTerms as an innovative, yet simple, solution to help you get to faster agreement with greater clarity, trust, and efficiency.
